Benjamin has worked across Latin America and the Caribbean, Africa and Asia in a wide range of roles in microfinance. Most recently at Women's World Banking he assisted some of the top microfinance institutions in the world to introduce innovative new financial products, new delivery channels such as mobile phone banking, and financial education programs while managing multi-million-dollar project budgets. He has also worked for Mongolia’s fourth largest bank in the areas of rural finance, business development and research, and at a start-up micro credit company in China. He holds a B.A. from Princeton University.
Dan's experience spans Latin America, Africa and Asia in a range of sectors. Dan led the investment banking division at the first investment bank in Mongolia, MICC, assisting local SMEs to access foreign capital. He also worked for the Central Bank of Colombia and FINCA International in Malawi and Zambia. Dan also served as a United States Peace Corps Volunteer in Burkina Faso. Duquesne’s experience encompasses finance, management, operations and engineering in both start-ups and established enterprises in developed and developing countries. Present and past positions include CEO of D&E Green Enterprises, Director of NYC Business Solutions at Wildcat Service Corporation, Global Trade Associate at Citigroup and Vice President at Perfection, one of the largest machine shops in Haiti. He is an Ashden award winner and past Digicel Haiti Entrepreneur of the Year. He holds an M.A. from Columbia University in International Affairs.
